Calpol Infant Suspension Liquid relieves pain, feverishness and teething pain in older infants and children. Calpol Infant Suspension Liquid is suitable for babies and children aged from 2 months to 6 years of age.

Each 5ml contains: 120mg paracetamol, also contains Sucrose, E420, E214, E216, E218 and E122.
"Age 2-3 months (weighing over 4kg and not a premature baby): a single 2.5ml spoonful may be given. A second 2.5ml spoonful may be given after 4-6 hours if necessary.
Age 3-12 months: 2.5ml to one 5ml spoonful.
1-6 years: one to two 5ml spoonfuls.
Do not give more than 4 doses in 24 hours. Do not give for more that 3 days without consulting a doctor. Always read the labelling and package inserts before use."
Calpol Infant Suspension Liquid contains Paracetamol therefore do not give with any other paracetamol containing products. Immediate medical advice should be sought in the event of an overdose, even if your child seems well. Do not exceed the stated dose. Leave at least 4 hours between doses. Wipe the neck of the bottle and do not over tighten on replacing the cap.
Side effects with Calpol Infant Suspension are rare but if you experience a skin rash or other side effect you should report it to your doctor or pharmacist.
