Here at Gompels, we are constantly striving to improve our patient services and welcome constructive suggestions for improvements to our service. We therefore operate a compliments & complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with compliments & complaints.

All compliments, comments and complaints are recorded electronically and complaints are tracked to ensure swift and satisfactory resolution. Complaints will be responded to within 24 hours. If further investigation is required we will send an initial acknowledgement followed by a full explanation of our findings within 10 working days. Our aim is always to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
