Orders over £65 qualify for our Free Courier Delivery Service. You will need to be able to un-box the product yourself and dispose of the packaging then follow the simple assembly and maintenance instructions for some of our products.
Please be aware that some of our products are heavy and you may need to arrange help in un-boxing and assembling. Please retain all packaging until you are completely satisfied with your purchase as you will need this for any returns.
For orders under £65 you will incur a charge of £6.50.
We aim to dispatch your delivery within 48 hours meaning you should receive your order within 3 – 5 days. Some deliveries of larger items may take longer than this time frame. Couriers deliver between 08:00 – 18:00 and you required to sign for your package. You are required to check the order is complete and that all goods are non damaged. We are not held responsible for delay due to carrier issues; however we will do our best to keep you notified if there are any unforeseen issues.
*Unfortunately we cannot ship internationally, to BFPO, to the Scottish highlands, any islands, Ireland or Northern Ireland at this moment in time.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us, in an unused "as new" condition within 7 days of delivery and receive a full refund (less delivery costs). Collection can be arranged and will be chargeable at cost.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations Gompels Pharmacy gives customers a 7 day "cooling off" period in which orders can be returned from the delivery date.
Upon receipt of the goods, you are required to return the product(s) and are personally responsible for return delivery including any delivery cost. Any returned products must be complete and undamaged unused and returned in its original outer packaging.
Gompels Pharmacy reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement or to refuse any products not returned in their original condition including packaging.
In the interests of hygiene we are unable to accept for return any items of a personal nature including sterile or sanitary sensitive goods For example (and not limited to): Nebulisers or commodes. Along with these we are also unable to accept any returns on Medicines. - phone us for details on a specific product.
